EASY MACARONI

2 cups elbow macaroni; 2 ½ tbsp butter; 2 ½tbsp flour; 2 ½ cups milk; salt and kali mirch powder, to tang; ½ cup mozzarella cheese, grated; 1 tomato, sliced; 1 green capsicum, or red or yellow bell pepper, julienned; 1 tbsp breadcrumbs.
1. Cook the macaroni as per the directions on the packet. In pan, melt the butter. Mix in the flour. Add the milk, continuing to stir to confirm the flour mixes in smoothly. Fetch the milk to simmer, and boil some seconds extra. Add the seasonings.
2. Take off the fire and mix in the cheese and the cooked and drained pasta.
3. Spoon into a baking dish and decorate with the tomatoes and capsicum. Sprinkle the breadcrumbs on the top.
4. Cook in the oven in a preheated to 180 c for 15-20minutes or till the pasta is fizzy and the top is golden brown.
