PASTA WITH SOYA-ORANGE

PREP: 12 MINUTES
COOK: 15 MINUTES
MAKES: 4 SERVINGS
500gm pasta; 2tbsp olive grease; 1 onion, sliced; 3 garlic cloves, cut up thinly; 400gm prawns, de-veined; ½ cup orange sap; 3-4tbsp soy sauce; little piece ginger, julienned; salt, kali mirch powder, to tang.
1. Cook the pasta as pre directions on the packet. Heat up the grease. Fry the onions for a minute and add the garlic.
2. Add the prawns. Sauté on averages heat for some minutes, tossing continually, then lesser heat, and add the rest of the elements. Seal the cook till prawns are completed. Toss with the pasta and dish them warm instantly.
EACH SRVINGS: 421 CALORIES, 21.3 gm protein, 66.7gm carbohydrates, 6.5gm total fat, 3.4gm fibre, 0 cholesterol, and 765.2 mg sodium.
