TACHO RICE
ELEMENTS:
1 cup long grained rice
2 tsp of ghee
2 cups of tomato sap
1 piece of cinnamon – ½ inch 2 cloves
1 cardamom
Salt to flavor
Tacho or papads for serve up
METHOD
Immerse the rice in water for 10 minutes. Drain out excess water and keep sideways. Warmth the ghee and add the entire spices and let spluttering for 1-2 minutes. Blend in the rice and mix sauté for 2-3 minutes. Blend in the tomato sap and salt to flavor. Let the rice and tomato sap to come to a simmer. Lower the heat and cover with a lid and cook till the sap has been evaporated. Chilly to room temperature and then fill tacho cases of bake the papads and place a piece of the tomato rice on it and serve as a starter. Tacho cases seem good to dish up.
